By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service.

1. SERVICES

We provide residential home cleaning services and related property maintenance. All services are subject to availability and our right to refuse service at our discretion. Service details, scope, and pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

2. PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major forms of payment including Zelle, Venmo, bank transfer, credit card, and debit card. A valid payment method must be on file before services begin. Invoices not paid within 7 days of the due date will be subject to a $25 flat late fee.

For recurring service agreements, payment will be charged automatically on the schedule agreed at booking.

3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that plans change. To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.

\t∙\tCancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted service price.

\t∙\tNo-shows or cancellations made on the day of service may be charged the full service amount.

\t∙\tWe reserve the right to reschedule services due to severe weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be applied.

4. SERVICE GUARANTEES & LIABILITY

We take pride in our work and stand behind the quality of every job. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Limitations of Liability: While we take every precaution to protect your property, our liability for any damage caused during the course of service is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not responsible for:

\t∙\tPre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed at the time of booking

\t∙\tDamage resulting from fragile, improperly secured, or undisclosed items

\t∙\tIndirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

We maintain general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To allow us to perform services safely and effectively, clients agree to:

\t∙\tEnsure safe and clear access to the property and all areas to be serviced

\t∙\tSecure or remove fragile, valuable, or sentimental items prior to service

\t∙\tPlease ensure all pets are secured or placed in a non-serviced area prior to our arrival

\t∙\tInform us of any security systems, hazardous materials, or access instructions before arrival

\t∙\tEnsure a safe working environment free from harassment or hostility toward our staff

\t∙\tProvide accurate property information at the time of booking

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in service refusal or additional charges.

6. PRIVACY & DATA USE

We collect personal information — including your name, address, phone number, and email — solely for the purposes of scheduling, completing, and communicating about your services. We use Jobber, a third-party platform, to manage bookings and payments. Your data is stored securely and never sold to third parties.

We may use your contact information to send service reminders, invoices, and occasional updates about our business. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us directly.

7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
